The Sant\u2019Anna School of Advanced Studies was established in order to provide talented young people with excellent training, regardless of their economic, social and cultural background. <\/strong>All too often young men and women of talent fail to receive adequate support from their families and decide not to continue with their education and not to enrol with universities. As a matter of fact, being unable to fully nurture merit and to steer the most performing young people towards university is a missed opportunity for generating value for collective society. The Il Talento all\u2019Opera<\/em> Foundation was established to be at the forefront in this challenge, starting ventures and subsidies for the purpose of promoting merit as a driver for social mobility.<\/p>\n The Foundation works alongside Sant\u2019Anna to strengthen ventures intended to scout <\/strong>talent, specifically focusing on students originating from fragile social and-economic backgrounds.<\/strong><\/p>\n The Foundation programme includes action facilitating the decision to enrol at university, supporting candidates in dealing with the admissions process, and providing orientation through mentoring by the team of students at the School and residential internships at the Sant\u2019Anna School of Advanced Studies, so that every talent may find an environment in which it can flourish.\u00a0<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”9d1c8660-1298-4e0d-af75-cf28315d88f7″ global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”95d6f392-64fa-476b-b791-59bdf6820450″ hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” text_font=”|300|||||||” sticky_enabled=”0″]<\/p>\n The Foundation formulates a programme of talent-orientation activities every year. Orientamento<\/h1>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\"4.5.6\" _module_preset=\"default\"][et_pb_column type=\"4_4\" _builder_version=\"4.5.6\" _module_preset=\"default\"][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.5.8\" _module_preset=\"default\"]\n\nLa Scuola Superiore Sant\u2019Anna \u00e8 stata istituita per garantire a giovani di talento una formazione di eccellenza indipendentemente dalle condizioni economiche, sociali e culturali del loro contesto di origine<\/strong>. Avviene sempre pi\u00f9 spesso che ragazzi e ragazze di talento non siano adeguatamente supportati dalle famiglie di origine e decidano di non proseguire gli studi e di non iscriversi all\u2019universit\u00e0. Non riuscire a valorizzare pienamente il merito e a orientare alla scelta universitaria dei ragazzi con le migliori performance<\/em>, rappresenta, infatti, un\u2019opportunit\u00e0 persa di creare valore per la collettivit\u00e0. La Fondazione Il Talento all\u2019Opera<\/em> nasce proprio per essere in prima linea in questa sfida mettendo in campo iniziative e facilitazioni per promuovere il merito come volano per la mobilit\u00e0 sociale.\n\nLa Fondazione \u00e8 a fianco del Sant\u2019Anna per rafforzare le iniziative volte allo scouting<\/strong> del talento con una particolare attenzione agli studenti e alle studentesse provenienti da un background<\/strong> socio-economico fragile.\n\nNel programma della Fondazione sono previste azioni per affrontare la scelta universitaria, per supportare i candidati ad affrontare il concorso di ammissione, per orientare attraverso attivit\u00e0 di mentoring del team degli allievi della Scuola e di internship residenziale presso la Scuola Superiore Sant\u2019Anna.
