Honours Students are admitted after they have passed a national public competitive examination which is highly selective <\/strong>(selection rate of 1 out of 20 candidates), intended to test the skills, personal ability and potential of candidates. Students reside within the campus: <\/strong>the School offers them free board and lodging in specific facilities, a canteen service, the use of modern science laboratories and of the library, the use of sports equipment and specific areas for cultural and recreational activities. In this \u201ceducation community\u201d the skills necessary to deal with challenges in a job market that is increasingly complex and international are naturally developed. <\/strong><\/p>\n Data on the employment status of students are excellent. From 1987 to date, around 1000 students have successfully concluded Honours Courses. The dropout or failure rate is extremely reduced and does not exceed 7-8%. Students of the Sant\u2019Anna School of Advanced Studies achieve a Master\u2019s Degree at 24.4 years of age, three years earlier than the national average. One year after graduating the rate of employment is 82.1% (national average 55.1%) and three years after graduating it is 91.9% (national average 82.5%). Honours Students are enrolled in Degree Courses at the University of Pisa alongside which they pursue a parallel and complementary training programme based on merit and individual benefit <\/strong>at the Sant\u2019Anna School of Advanced Studies, which benefits from the high quality of teaching activities, early access to research, exchange programmes with the most prestigious national and international universities, the promotion of internships with foreign and Italian companies and public bodies. Each student is mentored by a member of the teaching staff, who will assist them during the entire programme by way of focused tutoring activities (the ratio is 1 teaching staff member to every 7 students). Students must acquire advanced expertise in at least two foreign languages, pass all exams required annually, maintain an average grade of 27\/30 and take periodic exams.<\/p>\n

Gli allievi ordinari<\/h1>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\"4.5.6\" _module_preset=\"default\"][et_pb_column type=\"4_4\" _builder_version=\"4.5.6\" _module_preset=\"default\"][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.9.0\" _module_preset=\"default\" hover_enabled=\"0\" sticky_enabled=\"0\"]\n\nAi Corsi ordinari gli Allievi e le Allieve sono ammessi dopo il superamento di un concorso pubblico nazionale altamente selettivo<\/strong> (tasso di selezione 1 a 20 candidati), volto a testare la preparazione, le capacit\u00e0 personali e le potenzialit\u00e0 dei candidati.\nGli allievi dei Corsi Ordinari sono iscritti ai Corsi di Laurea dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Pisa ai quali si affianca - presso la Scuola Superiore Sant\u2019Anna - un percorso di formazione parallelo e complementare impostato su criteri di merito e profitto individuale<\/strong>, favorito dall\u2019alta qualit\u00e0 delle attivit\u00e0 didattiche, dall\u2019avvicinamento precoce alla ricerca, da programmi di scambio con le istituzioni universitarie pi\u00f9 prestigiose a livello nazionale e internazionale, dalla promozione di tirocini presso aziende e enti pubblici italiani e stranieri. Ogni allievo viene seguito da un docente che lo affianca durante l\u2019intero percorso in un\u2019attivit\u00e0 intensa di tutoraggio (il rapporto \u00e8 di 1 docente ogni 7 allievi), deve acquisire una competenza avanzata in almeno due lingue straniere, superare tutti gli esami previsti annualmente, mantenere una media complessiva pari a 27\/30 e sostenere verifiche periodiche.\n\nGli allievi e le allieve risiedono all\u2019interno del campus<\/em><\/strong>: a loro la Scuola offre gratuitamente l\u2019alloggio in apposite strutture, il servizio mensa, l\u2019uso di moderni laboratori scientifici e della biblioteca, l\u2019utilizzo di attrezzature sportive e di appositi spazi per le attivit\u00e0 culturali e ricreative. In questa \u201ccomunit\u00e0 educante\u201d si sviluppano naturalmente le competenze necessarie per affrontare le sfide di un mondo del lavoro sempre pi\u00f9 complesso e internazionale<\/strong>.\n\nI dati sulla condizione occupazionale degli allievi e delle allieve sono eccellenti. Dal 1987 ad oggi, circa 1.000 allievi hanno concluso con successo i Corsi Ordinari. La percentuale degli abbandoni o insuccessi \u00e8 molto ridotta e non supera il 7-8%. Gli allievi della Scuola Superiore Sant\u2019Anna conseguono la Laurea Magistrale a 24,4 anni, tre anni prima rispetto alla media nazionale.
