The Il Talento all\u2019Opera<\/em> Foundation pursues its mission through projects with a high social impact. Projects involve university education and research, support for residency and colleges, and the so-called third university mission.<\/p>\n

An Annual Programme for Talento all\u2019Opera<\/em> is approved each year. The programme indicates the projects the Foundation has decided to commit itself to.<\/p>\n

The programme gathers indications of the priorities, needs and opportunities indicated by stakeholders. Listening to all stakeholders is one a key factor for successful projects.<\/p>\n

The Foundation funds are allocated transparently. Projects in the annual programme are subject to reporting in the social report and impact assessment.<\/p>\n

I progetti riguardano la formazione e la ricerca universitaria, il supporto alla residenzialit\u00e0 e ai collegi, la cosiddetta\u00a0terza missione\u00a0<\/em>universitaria.\n\nOgni anno \u00e8 approvato un\u00a0Programma annuale per il Talento all\u2019Opera<\/em>. Il programma contiene l\u2019indicazione dei progetti sui quali la Fondazione ha deciso di impegnarsi.\n\nIl programma\u00a0raccoglie le indicazioni di priorit\u00e0, le esigenze e le opportunit\u00e0 indicate dagli\u00a0stakeholder.\u00a0<\/em>L\u2019azione di ascolto di tutti i soggetti interessati \u00e8 uno dei fattori-chiave del successo dei progetti.\n\nLe erogazioni della Fondazione sono effettuate in forma trasparente.
