The Founding Partners include certain entrepreneurs and associations which, despite originating from diverse contexts and experience, have decided to unite in their intent and commitment to tangibly respond to the challenging task of reviving the national system by providing support to merit and talent.

On 14 December 2019 they signed the Manifesto outlining the founding principles for a new system agreement, and on 24 January 2020 they created one of the first philanthropic foundations following the reform of the third sector, whose focal point is identifying talent as a key driver for development of the Country.

Il Talento all’Opera is a participatory foundation. This means that anyone who endorses the mission of the Foundation can choose to directly join its governance, taking on responsibility for determining strategic choices for the purpose of supporting talent and merit. Indeed, the Foundation intends to involve and mobilise all community players.

Participants are individuals or public or private legal entities who share our ideals, contribute to the life of the Foundation and to the fulfilment of its purposes through contributions. Participants attend the Steering Committee Meeting and can be elected to the Board of Directors.

Supporters are individuals or public or private legal entities who share the ideals of the Foundation and decide to contribute freely, supporting its projects.
