Transparency

As a Third sector organisation the Foundation ensures the utmost transparency in its fundraising, allocation of funds and results achieved. Following the Ministerial Guidelines and the best international standards, it offers its stakeholders prompt reporting by way of budgets and financial statements and its social reporting. On its website (www.iltalentoallopera.it) the Foundation offers a clear, accessible and complete representation of data and of the results achieved.

The Foundation has a transparency policy and code of ethics – which concerns both the acquisition of goods and services and the treatment of employees and collaborators, as well as relationships with stakeholders and communications. Particular attention is dedicated to environmental sustainability and equal opportunities in fundamental choices.

The Foundation also bases its governance on the principle of planning. Each year, in fact, an Annual Talent at work Programme is prepared; it identifies the priorities to be pursued, the funds to be raised and the procedures for their use. The Programme is the governance tool, the benchmark for measuring the social impact of activities and a source of information for all stakeholders.
The Programme also ensures full economic-financial sustainability of projects undertaken.

The Foundation has a supervisory body which ensures regulatory compliance and acts as the statutory auditor.
