The Foundation Il Talento all’Opera supports the training, research and third mission paths of young students and researchers by enhancing their talent.

The enhancement of talent is a matter of general interest, touching on the responsibility of public and private institutions, businesses, and individuals.

Supporting talent means supporting major processes of transformation of our communities, making them more inclusive, supportive and sustainable.

The Foundation’s actions are based on the principle of maximum involvement, transparency and accountability.

The Foundation wants to intercept all those who are interested in this challenge: such a demanding goal calls for the special contribution of each one of them.

We ask for support through a contribution of ideas and projects that everyone can provide. We need to be able to identify talent wherever it is and prevent it from dispersing, provide opportunities for growth and reactivate social mobility through merit.

Companies, institutions, philanthropic entities, bank foundations, associations: everyone can propose interventions and programmes and become a supporter.

We also ask you to support us through participation in the Foundation. Through membership as a Participant in the Assembly and the Board of Directors, it is possible to direct our priorities, identify challenging projects, and verify the achieved results.

Finally, it is also possible to simply donate. The donor is at the heart of our mission: we count on donors who share the idea that only by supporting our best students and female researchers can we change our reality.
